In therapy, I'm working on a WRAP plan. It was created by Mary Ellen Copeland. You can visit her site: http://mentalhealthrecovery.com/. Basically, it stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Some of the things I'm working on include identifying my daily maintenance list, what my triggers are, what my wellness tools are. I'm grateful for the WRAP plan because it's a tool I can use to help me live my life and accomplish the things that I want to accomplish. It's good to have a rock solid foundation for later down the road so I'm ready to deal with triggers and stressors. If you are interested in learning more you can visit her site: http://mentalhealthrecovery.com/ and/ or buy the book that I'm following along in group therapy.
